Pediatric Physical Therapy in the Intensive Care Unit
The purpose of this course is to gain an understanding of pediatric physical and occupational therapy and identify common diagnoses and treatment strategies and outcomes in the acute care setting. The focus is on increased understanding and application of acute care environment and therapeutic interventions to encourage early ambulation and return to functional outcomes.
